If you're running into issues and want to do a full reinstall of the application follow these steps.


There are two locations to take care of when removing Endlesss Studio from your computer:

- The application itself

- The data directory

Windows

Remove the application

The easiest way is to press the Windows key or click the Windows icon in the bottom left and start typing out "Endlesss". The application should be highlighted in the start menu. Find the option "uninstall" at the bottom of the list. This will open the "Uninstall or change a program" window from the Windows control panel.

Alternatively you can open up the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall or change a program.


Find Endlesss in that list, select it and click "Uninstall".


Remove the data directory

Open Windows Explorer (for example: by opening any folder on your desktop or elsewhere). You can directly navigate to the data directory by putting the following path into the address bar. You will have to replace the <username> part with your Windows username.


C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Endlesss


Alternatively, first go to C:\Users and click on the folder with your Windows username. At the top, click View and check the box "Hidden items". Now you can see the hidden AppData folder and can follow it down to the full path as listed above.


You can either delete the Endlesss folder or just its contents.


Mac

Remove the application

Simply delete the application from your Applications folder.


Remove the data directory

Open Finder (for example: by opening any folder on your desktop or elsewhere). You can directly navigate to the data directory by selecting Go > Go to Folder... from the menu bar (shortcut: Shift + Command + G). Put the following path into the address bar. You will have to replace the <username> part with your Mac username.


/Users/<username>/Library/Containers


Alternatively, first go to your home directory in Finder. Hit Command + Shift + . (period) to show hidden items. Now you can see the hidden Library folder and can follow it down to the full path as listed above.


In the Containers directory, find and remove the fm.endlesss item.
