Please check the inbox of the email address that you used on Kickstarter. Since the campaign has closed we've sent updates, including how to redeem your rewards. You might have also received a reminder email sometime in December or January if you hadn't redeemed your rewards at the time.

Case 1: You already had an account at the time of the Kickstarter campaign

If you provided an existing account after the Kickstarter campaign closed, chances are your rewards are already applied to your account. In that case, first try logging in at https://endlesss.fm/account to see if you can download Endlesss Studio.

Case 2: Didn't have an account at the time of the Kickstarter campaign (and still don't have one)

If you don't have an account already, please make one at https://endlesss.fm/register 

Next, send an email to support@endlesss.fm with:

- your username on Endlesss

- your Kickstarter backer number

Make sure to send the email from the same address that you used on Kickstarter, or have other info available to proof that you are a backer of the campaign.
