Making music on Endlesss

Endlesss is all about remixing ideas collaboratively. Therefore by playing on Endlesss you understand that whatever you do on the platform may be changed and remixed by anyone else. This means that on the platform itself, the music you add using the built-in sounds, microphone or changes you make to a Rifff via remixing and effects may be further used and altered by users of Endlesss as long as the content remains on Endlesss.

Taking music out of Endlesss

As soon as you intend to export something out of Endlesss in any way, for example through

  • Stems export
  • Video export
  • Screen recording
  • Recording the live output (for example from the plugin)
  • Live streaming

you require the permission of everyone else involved in the exported content.

Check the layer labels for usernames as well as the jam history to trace back the original creator and the remixers of a layer. Get in contact with them via chat, our Discord server or other ways and kindly ask, whether you can use the Rifff with their contribution in the way you intend. Accept that not everybody will be reachable, respond or agree to this. In those cases, you have not gained permission to use their part of the exported content.

If you are the sole creator of all the content in a Rifff you may export and use it for any purpose. The same things goes for when you are only jamming with people you know and have agreed upon allowing exporting unanimously beforehand.

Endlesss' built-in sounds

The soundpacks provided with Endlesss, either the Core sounds or Infinite extensions, may be used in your production just like you would with any other virtual synthesizers purchased legitimately elsewhere.

Mic-in and Audio-in and copyrighted sounds

On both Endlesss Mobile and Studio you are able to record sounds using the microphone or a direct audio-in routing.

You may only do so if you are the creator, owners or have a license to the content you record into Endlesss. In other words: You may not record audio that contains third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have written permission from the rightful owner of the material.
