The audio effects in Endlesss are designed to be used interactively, much like the built-in instrument devices. You apply them to one or more layers at a time and capture the effect with the retrospective looper.

Endlesss Studio:
Remixing with FX
Start by selecting FX and picking an effect that you like.
Next, select the layer(s) you want to target. Any targeted layers get routed through the FX and back into the retrospective looper.
Endlesss Mobile:
The layers are displayed at the bottom, below the XY-Pad. Tap a layer to target or untarget it.
Endlesss Studio:
The target switches are found in the mixer.
Start applying the effect by using the XY-Pad or dialling in values using the macro knobs. You will hear the results immediately.
When you're happy with your performance of the effect, capture it by tapping the retrospective looper. The result depends on how many layers you have targeted.
Remixing 1 layer:
The targeted layer is overwritten and replaced with the effect.
Remixing multiple layers:
The targeted layers are combined and replaced with the effect. This is because all targeted layers are summed together before they get routed through the effect. To avoid this automatic merging, apply the effect one by one to each layer instead.
